A L Katz (Alan to his friends) has been writing & producing TV shows and feature films since 1985 when he moved to LA. Among his credits, he wrote and produced HBO’s Tales From The Crypt (including two Tales feature films Demon Knight and Bordello of Blood) and co-executive produced Showtime’s The Outer Limits). He’s written game scripts for Electronic Arts and a 13 part, 30,000 word series for Weedmaps News called “Blunt Truths” — about how racism and nothing but racism has always been behind all our drug laws. He’s been an atheist for over 60 years. Eventually, he hopes, he’ll get good at it.
Randy Lovejoy
Randy facilitates creative expressions of spirituality in the hustle and bustle of everyday life. A childhood spent living around the world because of his dad’s work exposed Randy to a wide range of countries and cultures: England, Mexico, Australia, Honduras, Mozambique, Zimbabwe. It also created in him a love for challenge and living life on the margins. Randy has been a Presbyterian minister for over 20 years, ministering to congregations in Silver Lake and all around Los Angeles and Southern California. He and his wife Cheryl have raised two sons in the Echo Park neighborhood.
